Material Costs:

If materials are required for the service, they will either need to be supplied by the customer or will be charged separately. Any costs related to the purchase and transportation of materials will be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon.

2.2. Service Availability

Our services are available in limited areas. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.

3. Payments and Billing

3.1. Pricing

All prices for services are listed on our website or provided in a service agreement. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3.2. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the agreed-upon or selected payment terms by the client. Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods available on our website. Late payments may incur additional fees.

3.3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes before the scheduled service or before the provider arrives at your site, whichever occurs first, to avoid a cancellation fee. Refunds will only be issued for services not rendered due to our fault or inability to perform.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the service area is accessible and free of obstructions. This includes clearing the lawn of toys, furniture, and other items before our arrival. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

5. Liability

RAYS18 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.

5.2. Damage to Property

We take great care when providing our services; however, we are not responsible for any damage to property resulting from pre-existing conditions, hidden objects, or failure to disclose important information related to the service area.

5.3. Access to Property

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the service area is accessible at the scheduled time. This includes unlocking gates, removing obstructions, and securing pets. Failure to provide access may lead to rescheduling or additional fees.

5.4. Safety and Hazards

Customers must inform us of any potential hazards or special conditions on their property that may impact service delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, underground utilities, hidden objects, and hazardous materials. We are not liable for damage caused by undisclosed hazards.
